A CCIM, TAA, CID and GNAR member for more than 2 decades, O'Neal is a frequent speaker on topics related to auction services for regional and national groups. He is a Nashville 1031 and 1033 exchange expert whose experience extends from small wealth-based investors to large institutional funds. Coulton also has created and managed two large residential real estate companies in his career, first in Florida and then again in 1984 in Tennessee. He currently owns Realty Executives Fine Homes, a large residential real estate company in Nashville, Tennessee, whose 105 agents had a sales volume exceeding $200 million last year. He is also a managing partner in a mortgage company, property management company and a title company. | Affiliate Broker & Auction Consultant - As part of Realty Trust, Michele Gobbell serves as an auction consultant and affiliate broker. She offers the perspective of selling real estate from the accelerated marketing process and the traditional sales process. Before joining Realty Trust, Michele spent 12 years representing buyers and sellers in and around the Greater Nashville area spanning 9 counties. Years of successful transaction experience ranging from modest to million dollar properties is valuable to understanding the needs and concerns clients have when deciding when or how to sell as well as being an asset in understanding changes in the real estate market. In addition to consulting with clients on the accelerated marketing programs Realty Trust offers; Michele will be representing client listings including REO properties. Michele graduated with honors and a double major from MTSU and has an Associate’s degree from Vol State. She is married to husband Jonathan of 18 years and has one daughter Elizabeth.
