This form MUST be completed in its entirety; received and approved by RealtyTrust Auctioneers, LLC at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the auction. Form may be faxed to (615) 376-4555 or emailed to dwight@RealtyTrustAuctions.com . Please call to verify receipt of faxes and emails.

Terms: RealtyTrust Auctioneers, LLC hereby agree to pay to the licensed registering Real Estate Firm on the following terms and conditions; a Buyer’s Broker Referral Fee of one percent (1%) of the final winning bid price, not including any Buyer’s Premium. In order for a referral fee to be paid, the client must close on the property(s) and must pay total contracted price. The Real Estate Agent understands that to quality for this referral fee, this registration form must be fully completed and received by ReatlyTrust Auctioneers, LLC at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the auction and that the Real Estate Agent must attend the auction event with the client. The bidding client must also sign-in and complete a Bidder Registration Card on the day of the auction. There will be no exceptions to these terms and conditions, and NO ORAL REGISTRATIONS will be accepted. The referring agent must have an active real estate license in good standing with the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. Auctioneers are Sellers agents only and DO NOT represent the buyers in this transaction.
