Because all of our auctions are sold without financial contingencies, it becomes very important for potential bidders to secure financing prior to the auction date. If you’d like to get approved prior to the auction, visit our lender websites by clicking on the logo or call the phone number listed. Often, non-qualifying financing will be available through local area banks. Make sure to check each auction to see if these special terms are being offered.

You are welcome to obtain your own financing through any lender of your choice. Remember, if you are the successful bidder, you will be required to put down a non-refundable deposit and sign a sales contract the day of the sale. This deposit will serve as your earnest money, and will be placed into escrow until closing, at which time the deposit becomes part of the purchase price.
