Terms

RealtyTrust Auctioneers, LLC hereby agree to pay to the licensed registering Real Estate Firm on the following terms and conditions; a Seller's Broker referral fee of 25% of the gross commission paid to RealtyTrust Auctioneers, LLC.  The referring agent must have an active real estate license in good standing with the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. Auctioneers are Sellers agents only and DO NOT represent the buyers in this transaction.
